Positive: I had such a beautiful room on the 6th floor with so much Natural light and amazing clean cotton sheets it was so marvellous!
Negative: The only thing you need to be aware of is they don’t have a Kitchen but you can order food online from anywhere and have it delivered ! They brought it to my room how nice !

Positive: The hotel is centrally located with many grocery stores, cafes and pharmacies at a walking distance. The room was very clean. Free coffee, tea, and water are offered all day long. All the staff are very helpful and cooperative; Noureldin, Sidra, Eyad, Dawoud as well as the cleaning lady.

Positive: Sedra and the rest of the staff were very friendly. They helped us with our bags, offered us tea and coffee whenever we were in the lobby. We had water bottles provided to us throughout the duration of the stay. The room was spotlessly clean and enough linen was provided. Slippers were also provided too. The location is great, not too far from the Osmanbey metro stop. Despite being room only, there was an option to order food from the local shops and restaurants when you scanned the QR code provided in the room. I would definitely stay here again.
